Facebook offers excellent advertising targeting options. However, if you don’t use them correctly, your advertisements aren’t going to be very effective. Understand your target audience’s interests, and you’ll be able to better target them. Running advertisements without any targeting is not a good idea.
Mistake #4 – The Advertisement Overpromises
This can cause your ad to get banned by Facebook. You want to avoid language such as “guaranteed” and “100%.” Be honest and straight forward in your ads. They will be more believable and Facebook won’t reject them.
Mistake #5 – Forget to Test Advertisements
How can you improve your Facebook advertising campaigns if you don’t monitor and test them? Set up at least three to four advertisements in each campaign to see which pictures and headlines perform the best. This will help you achieve advertising success.
